Truth Hounds stand with Crimean Solidarity movement that is beeing opressed by Russia

It is for the first time that the Russian Federation began mass political repressions of the Crimean Tatars on the annexed Ukrainian territory. The FSB security forces arrested 24 residents of Simferopol on March 27, 2019, with numerous procedure violations. Truth Hounds demand that the peninsula’s occupying authority must release the hostages. We express our support for the Crimean Solidarity movement, whose members are detained and accused in extremism and terrorism.

The Crimean Tatar people demonstrate unity against a common threat. Today, hundreds of people gathered at the court in Simferopol to support their brothers and their families. Dozens of human rights organizations in Ukraine and the EU also express support for illegally detained persons.

Truth Hounds are confident that the world should react to events in the Crimea not to allow the criminals to stay unpunished. After all, we have a common faith, namely faith in the rule of law.
