We do not divide the criminals into ours and others. We are sure that all the offenders should be liable, without exeption.
Therefore, together with Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union we gathered in this report information on illegal detentions and torture committed by the Ukrainian side in the context of War in the Donbass region of Ukraine.
